​The NPL lab recently welcomed Hiske van Duninen Ph.D. for a visit to the lab. She presented a presentation of her current research using transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS). 

Hiske is interested in how the brain integrates the various signals that play a role in proprioception, the sense of knowing where your limbs are in space, with a particular focus on the hand. Furthermore, she is interested in neurophysiological changes that might occur during the rubber hand illusion.
